Job summary

Aleph-Holding is seeking an Associate HR Analyst to join our Manila-based Human Resources team. This early-career role supports APAC HR partners, ensuring smooth people processes and data integrity across markets. Hybrid work with three days in the office.

You will work with regional leaders, handle onboarding, HRIS data, reporting, and engagement initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to Workday, Jira, and AI-assisted HR operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR experience in dynamic environments (HR operations, HR generalist, or HRIS support)
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday a strong plus)
• Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Support Regional HRBP in hiring requests and update on hiring status
• Coordinate onboarding activities and standardize induction templates
• Handle HR queries for employees and managers across APAC, liaising with PSD and Jira
• Support APAC Engagement Plan execution and event logistics
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, audit movements, and prepare reports
