Job summary

Pride Global is seeking a Customer Support Specialist – HR Services to support US and EMEA employees from Ayala Avenue, Makati City. The role blends frontline service with HR inquiries, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding in a dynamic environment.

You will handle calls and emails, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate HR records. After training, a hybrid setup is expected with rotational shifts to cover global HR needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, HR support, or employee engagement.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ATS tools such as JobDiva is a plus.
• Willingness to work Hybrid in Ayala Avenue, Makati.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts that change every three months to support US and EMEA employees.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and emails from US and EMEA employees.

• Support onboarding, assignment updates, contract renewals, and offboarding.

• Provide timely follow-ups to ensure a positive employee experience.
