Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a role focused on coordinating and preparing fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, under line manager guidance. The position supports end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including World Check screening and AML/KYC reviews, while maintaining internal databases and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals with guidance from your line manager.
• Support end‑to‑end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews and internal database upkeep.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank paperwork and service agreements.
• Support coordination between Luxembourg and internal teams; meet deliverables.

Responsibilities
