IQ-EQ is seeking a role-focused candidate to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and manage the onboarding process across global stakeholders, including AML/KYC reviews and document preparation.

The role supports the Luxembourg Business Implementation team to ensure timely client deliverables and a smooth onboarding experience, with a strong emphasis on compliance and cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with World Check screening and AML/KYC reviews.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements.
• Facilitate coordination with Luxembourg and internal teams, delivering onboarding deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds investing in real estate, private equity, debt, infrastructure and other structures under guidance.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC analyses, and internal database maintenance and compliance approvals.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements; support client/stakeholder calls.
• Assist with legal document reviews, coordinating with Luxembourg and internal teams to meet client deliverables.
