Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a driven professional to support the onboarding of Alternative Investment Funds, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions to operational teams.

You will conduct World Check screening, AML/KYC analyses, and maintain compliance records, while helping with bank documentation and service agreements, and coordinating with Luxembourg-based teams.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds.
• Assist with AML/KYC analysis and internal database management.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding and stakeholder coordination.
• Review legal documents and liaise with Luxembourg teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fee proposals for AIFs across asset classes.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal/external stakeholders.
• Perform World Check screening and AML/KYC reviews.
• Draft service agreements and bank documentation.
• Facilitate onboarding deliverables with Luxembourg team.
