Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a coordinator to support fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, under guidance from the line manager, and to help with end-to-end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders.

The role covers World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, internal database management, contract drafting, and liaising with Luxembourg teams to ensure timely onboarding deliverables and a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for AIFs and corporate structures with guidance from line manager.
• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening and AML/KYC reviews and internal database management.
• Prepare onboarding documentation, including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements.
• Assist with legal document reviews and Luxembourg coordination to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures with guidance from your line manager.
• Support the end-to-end client onboarding process by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover to operational teams.
• Assist with World Check and AML/KYC analysis, internal database maintenance, and compliance approval processes.
• Prepare bank account opening documentation, support account opening activities, draft service agreements, and participate in client calls.
• Assist with legal document reviews and coordinate with Luxembourg and internal teams to meet onboarding deliverables.
