Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and related corporate structures. You will manage onboarding with internal and external stakeholders, perform World Check screening and AML/KYC tasks, and handle documentation for client setups.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with Luxembourg-based teams, maintain internal databases, and assist with service agreements and onboarding deliverables to ensure a seamless client

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, under line manager guidance.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and internal database maintenance and approvals.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements; participate in client calls.
• Assist with legal document reviews and coordinate with Luxembourg teams to meet onboarding deliverables.
