Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Business Implementation Officer in Metro Manila to coordinate fee proposals for AIFs, support end-to-end client onboarding, and assist with AML/KYC reviews and document handling. The role involves liaising with Luxembourg teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding.

You will contribute to the onboarding workflow, manage client communications, and help maintain compliant processes across the investment fund lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures with guidance from line manager.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with internal/external stakeholders for seamless handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check, AML/KYC reviews, and internal database management with compliance approvals.

Responsibilities
