Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, under guidance from the line manager. The role supports end-to-end client onboarding, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to operations.

You will conduct World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, maintain internal databases, and assist with compliance approvals.

Qualifications

• Coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures.
• Assist with AML/KYC analysis and screening.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for AIFs and related structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with stakeholders for smooth handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and internal database upkeep.
• Prepare onboarding docs and service agreements; participate in client calls when needed.
