Job summary

CxDynamiQ Inc. is seeking a driven Solution Sales Manager to propel enterprise sales for AI-powered CX, CCaaS, and related solutions in the Philippines. The role focuses on engaging CXO-level leaders, delivering consultative discoveries, and guiding complex deals from inception to close.

You will collaborate with Presales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams, building a robust pipeline and achieving revenue targets while expanding cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Solution Sales, Enterprise Sales, B2B Technology Sales, or SaaS Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete B2B/Enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Identify and develop opportunities with CX, Contact Center, IT, Digital Transformation, and Operations leaders.
• Conduct consultative discovery and understand customer business challenges.
• Lead solution presentations, product demos, POCs, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Presales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to tailor solutions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with CXO and senior management stakeholders.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
