MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. The role focuses on strategic account development, engaging C-level stakeholders, and managing long, complex sales cycles for AI-powered SaaS solutions.

You will own the full sales process from prospecting to closing, while coordinating with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure client value and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–12 years in B2B Sales or Business Development
• Proven experience handling enterprise SaaS deals and long sales cycles
• Experience selling into enterprise verticals and engaging C-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise accounts across Philippines and SEA
• Engage senior and C-level stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (prospecting to closing)
• Create customized proposals and pitches based on client needs
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams
• Maintain CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts
