SalesCode.ai is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Philippines to drive growth with Manila-based enterprise clients. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close and identify target accounts across the Philippines and SEA through effective outbound and inbound strategies.

Position AI-led SaaS solutions to showcase business value, coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing, and Pre-Sales for smooth delivery, and maintain a healthy CRM-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in B2B Sales/Business Development or equivalent.
• Experience with Philippines or SEA markets and multi-stakeholder sales.
• Strong English communication; local language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manila-based enterprise clients to understand requirements and support sales initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Identify and prioritize accounts across Philippines and SEA through outbound and inbound strategies.
• Position AI-led SaaS solutions to showcase business value.
• Coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide timely deal visibility.
• Engage with mid- to senior-level stakeholders and tailor pitches to local market dynamics.
• Build long-term client relationships with ongoing value and structured follow-ups.
