Qualifications

• 4+ years selling B2B SaaS, HR tech or corporate learning platforms.
• Active network of CHROs and L&D decision-makers in the Philippines.
• Proven track record of full sales-cycle management and revenue attainment.
• Willingness to lead Philippines expansion.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise growth by managing full sales cycles from outreach to close.
• Prospect and close mid-market and enterprise deals in local verticals.
• Build relationships with CHROs, L&D leaders, and HR executives.
• Partner with SDRs and marketing to create repeatable revenue engines.
• Expand key accounts via cross-selling and software upsell.
