Emapta is seeking an Accounts Payable and Support Specialist to join our US healthcare client in Makati. You will manage vendor invoices, ensure approvals, and support month-end close from onsite in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AP or bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work night shifts with consecutive days off. Join a global team with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in related field advantageous but not required.
• 3 to 5 years of AP, bookkeeping, or related accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills: PivotTables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data cleaning.

Responsabilités

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
• Verify documents and obtain approvals before payment.
• Monitor payment deadlines and reconcile vendor statements.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams on inquiries and payments.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, approvals, payments, and vendor data.
• Create and update Excel sheets to track expenses and prepare reports.
• Assist with month-end close and accounting tasks.
