Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our onsite Pasay City team. The role involves high-volume invoice processing, three-way matching, and month-end close support. You will work with procurement, operations, and finance to strengthen controls and efficiency.

We value experience in SSC environments, multi-currency AP, and strong Excel skills, with Spanish fluency as a plus. Night shift available in an onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in multi-regional/multi-currency environments preferred.
• Proven ability to meet month-end close deadlines and perform reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and match high-volume vendor invoices with PO and receiving docs (3-way matching).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve variances, missing invoices, and duplicate billings.
• Manage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries; resolve payment or pricing discrepancies.
• Support month-end close by preparing aging reports and reconciling to GL accounts.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance to improve AP processes and internal controls.
