Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Two - Ecom Center, Pasay City. This onsite night-shift role handles high-volume invoicing, 3-way matching, and AP-related month-end close within a global Shared Services environment.

You will review, code, and process invoices; reconcile vendor statements; manage corporate card administration; and cooperate with procurement and accounting to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Review, code, and process high volumes of invoices with 3-way matching.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP-related GL accounts.
• Manage corporate credit card administration and statements.
• Assist with IEX expense audits and month-end close deadlines.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and accounting to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process high volumes of invoices using 3-way matching and non-PO invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements, aging reports, and AP-related GL accounts.
• Manage corporate credit card administration and postings.
• Conduct expense audits to ensure policy adherence and proper coding.
• Partner with stakeholders to address inquiries and support month-end close.
