Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist for its Pasay City onsite night shift. You will handle high-volume invoice processing, 3-way matching, and vendor reconciliations while partnering with procurement and accounting for timely month-end close.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years AP experience, a degree in Accounting/Finance, Fluency in Spanish, strong Excel and communication skills. We offer competitive rewards, healthcare from day one, and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a multi-regional or multi-currency environment.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong MS Office and intermediate Excel skills.
• Proven track record in monthly close processes and reconciliations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process high volumes of invoices using 3-way matching and non-PO invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements, aging reports, and AP-related GL accounts to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage corporate credit card administration and monthly statements.
• Conduct expense audits in compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, accounting, and external vendors to support month-end close.
• Drive AP workflow efficiency and strengthen internal controls in a global Shared Services environment.
