Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our onsite team in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. You will manage day-to-day AP activities, process supplier invoices, handle payments, and maintain vendor records while collaborating with procurement and site managers.

You will ensure accurate coding, reconcile statements, and support month-end close. A detail-oriented, communicative team player with 3+ years in AP is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a medium to large organisation.
• Experience processing supplier invoices, payment runs, reconciliations, and AP ageing.
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems; XFlow and D365 Finance experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach.
• Good understanding of internal controls, invoice approvals, and payment processes.
• Ability to manage confidential financial information with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to cost centres, projects, and accounts in XFlow and D365.
• Process weekly and monthly payment runs in line with policies and terms.
• Respond to supplier queries and maintain effective vendor relationships.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and monitor AP ageing items.
• Support month-end AP activities and assist with audits and controls.
• Contribute to process improvements in AP workflows and system usage.
