Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City for an onsite, day-shift role. You will manage supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and vendor records while collaborating with procurement and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role emphasizes timely processing, adherence to internal controls, and continuous improvement of AP processes. Strong attention to detail and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in medium to large organisations.
• Experience processing supplier invoices, payment runs, reconciliations, and AP ageing.
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems; XFlow and D365 Finance desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a large team.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices through XFlow and D365 Finance.
• Code invoices to cost centres, projects, and account lines accurately.
• Maintain vendor records and monitor approval workflows.
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs; reconcile discrepancies.
• Support month-end AP activities and internal controls.
