Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a medium to large organisation.
• Experience processing supplier invoices, payment runs, reconciliations, and AP ageing.
• XFlow and D365 Finance experience highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices through XFlow and D365 Finance.
• Code invoices to cost centres, projects, and accounts.
• Maintain vendor records in D365 and monitor approvals.
• Process weekly and monthly payment runs and reconcile payment proposals.
• Respond to supplier queries and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and monitor AP ageing.
