Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable processes and basics of vendor management.
• Proficient data entry and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Process suppliers' invoices and verify 3-way match with supporting documents and authorization.
• Retrieve invoices from service provider's online portal.
• Input suppliers' and intercompany invoices into the AP system with correct account codes and GST.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Track capital expenditures and PPE schedules.
• Trace open purchase orders in the accounting system.
• Respond to queries from internal and external parties.
