Qualifications

• Property AP/AR experience with lease obligations and outgoings.
• Manage high-volume AP inboxes and weekly payment runs.
• Verify landlord charges against lease agreements before approval.
• Daily bank reconciliations and month-end close processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication with landlords, councils and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End AP management and invoice processing.
• Review landlord charges and process vendor/landlord payments.
• Liaise with councils, landlords, and authorities to resolve queries.
• Issue rent/invoice billing to subtenants and track payments.
• Perform reconciliations and compile property income/expenses schedules.
• Maintain vendor profiles and assist BAS and tax filings.
