Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage regional AP activities with accuracy and timeliness. The role involves vendor reconciliations, PR/PO lifecycle management, and dispute resolution in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in AP/procurement, strong financial knowledge, and excellent English communication. Onsite work at Harton Corporate Center, Parañaque City, with shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement and accounts payable across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical skills and solid financial knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional accounts payable activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare vendor account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage PR and PO lifecycle, including issuing documentation.
• Resolve disputed invoices with vendors and internal teams.
• Standardize and automate processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
