Qualifications

• Accounts Payable experience in a dedicated AP or full-cycle role.
• In-depth understanding of three-way invoice matching and GL coding.
• Proficient in reconciling vendor accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• High accuracy in numeric data entry and tax checks.
• Professional written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing, verification, and three-way matching in the general ledger.
• Manage approval workflows and follow-ups to prevent payment delays.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Verify employee expense claims per policy and tax rules.
• Provide supplier support via phone and email for payments and status inquiries.
• Maintain AP records and ensure proper archiving of tax docs and receipts.
