Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts payable experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• ERP experience and proficiency with Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain vendor records in ERP.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor ledgers.
• Match, verify, and post vendor invoices and prepayments.
• Coordinate with departments on payables and discrepancies.
