Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our on-site team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. You will oversee invoice processing, payment preparation, and reconciliations while maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

The role requires 2+ years in accounts payable or similar finance functions, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and excellent attention to detail and time management. On-site work at Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or a similar accounting role.
• Strong experience in invoice processing, purchase order matching, and payment preparation.
• Hands-on experience performing supplier, bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes, financial controls, and recordkeeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: handle day-to-day processing of invoices with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Recordkeeping and Management: manage the Accounts Payable inbox and organize electronic copies of invoices.
• Payment Processing and Reconciliation: prepare payments and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Vendor Communication and Query Resolution: respond to Accounts Payable queries and maintain vendor relationships.
• Monthly Reconciliations: complete monthly reconciliations of creditor statements.
