Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage payable vouchers, monitor supplier balances, and ensure accurate recording of transactions and month-end close.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years in AP, strong Excel and Google Workspace skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth and a supportive team in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of Accounting experience, preferably AP.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations, journal entries, and tax compliance.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process payable vouchers accurately and on time.
• Monitor supplier payable balances and maintain supplier ledgers.
• Ensure complete and accurate recording of financial transactions during month-end.
• Prepare monthly reports on AP Aging, outstanding vendor payables, and employee advances.
• Validate cash advance liquidations and journal entries.
• Perform weekly reconciliation of employee advances and monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts.
• Reconcile and record credit card transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of tax reports and related requirements.
