Job summary

The Accounts Payable Officer at MicroSourcing will verify, reconcile, and process supplier invoices and prepare payment proposals, while delivering financial and administrative support to the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in invoicing on MS Dynamics or SAP.
• Experience in administration or accounts payable.
• Strong spreadsheet and reconciliation skills.
• Flexible hours to meet targets.
• A current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and statements.
• Prepare EFTs and pay suppliers per terms.
• Distribute invoices to Managers for approval and chase return thereof.
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up outstanding invoices.
• Respond to supplier account queries and resolve invoicediscrepancies.
• Produce monthly AP reconciliation reports.
• Assist with month end closing reports and reconciliations.
• Process credit notes and customer claims.
• Support Finance with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Fill, photocopy and other clerical duties.
• File paid invoices.
