Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to verify, reconcile, and process supplier invoices, and to prepare supplier payment proposals. The role provides financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization.

Qualifications

• AP accountants who have at least 7+ years' experience of processing invoicing on MS dynamics or SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Extract, print and process supplier invoices and statements.
• Prepare EFTs and manage payment of suppliers in accordance with payment terms.
• Distribute invoices to Managers for approval and chase return thereof.
• Reconcile supplier statements, follow up outstanding invoices.
• Respond to supplier account queries and resolve any invoice discrepancies in a professional manner.
• Produce monthly AP reconciliation reports.
• Assist with month end closing reports and reconciliations.
• Process credit notes and customer claims.
• Support Finance with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Filling, photocopying and other clerical or administrative duties.
• File paid invoices.
