Job summary

Australian Pathways OPC (Offshored) seeks an Accounts Officer Graduate to join our Bonifacio Global City (BGC) team, working full-time on-site with one of our Australian clients in the construction sector.

You will support day-to-day accounting activities, including processing supplier and subcontractor invoices, performing reconciliations, and assisting with month-end tasks. Strong numeric skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Experience processing supplier/subcontractor invoices is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier, subcontractor and other accounts payable invoices.
• Review invoices and supporting docs for accuracy against PO/contract/claims.
• Match invoices to POs, contracts and progress claims; follow up as needed.
• Maintain supplier/subcontractor records and assist with reconciliations.
