Job summary

Offsure Global Outsourcing INC. is seeking an Accounts Officer to support day-to-day operations for an Australian client, based at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. You will process invoices, reconciliations, and customer/supplier records, ensuring accurate ledgers and timely reporting.

After onboarding, you will handle collections and payments under supervision, with training provided and a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in accounts administration, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated accuracy in transaction processing and account reconciliations.
• At least two years of BPO experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting Australian clients is preferred.
• Confident written and spoken English, with a professional phone manner for collections and supplier enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter supplier invoices, customer invoices where required, credit notes, receipts, and allocations using approved systems and supporting documents.
• Process and check invoices through Oasis and Nexus, where applicable; follow up on missing information and refer discrepancies.
• Maintain customer and supplier records and process account openings, updates, and closures through approved workflows.
• Manage assigned accounts inboxes, including the Credits Inbox; process authorised credits and keep records of queries, approvals, and actions.
• Prepare supplier payment-run information and supporting documents for review; payment approval and release remain with the Accounts Lead.
