The role is based in Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, and is offered as a full-time position.

Key responsibilities include engaging with individuals professionally, understanding situations, addressing inquiries, and helping explore solutions

Formación

• 6+ months of client-facing, retail, hospitality, administrative, coordination, or professional support experience.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital platforms, online systems, and standard workplace tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new procedures and workflows.
• High School Graduate, ALS Graduate, or equivalent.
