We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our OFW Business team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our network by recruiting manpower agencies, promoting OFW-focused products, and building strong client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, client engagement, and achieving sales targets.

• Office Location: Mandaluyong City (beside POEA)
• Work Hours: 8:00 to 5:00 Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

• Identify and recruit new manpower agencies and potential clients
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and product solutions
• Promote OFW products to agencies and partner organizations
• Achieve targets for new accounts and business growth

2. Account Management and Client Retention

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Implement strategies to improve client retention

3. Administrative and Reporting

• Prepare and submit sales reports on time
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
