A. JOB SUMMARY

As a Sales Officer handling OFW insurance, the employee plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business development activities and the operational execution of insurance products. This position will be responsible for overseeing the local operations team, ensuring seamless coordination of claims processing, after-sales support, and customer service. The role requires a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, especially in alignment with the Insurance Commission of the Philippines, as well as a strong ability to support other offices/branches.

B. KEY RESULT AREAS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Process Management:

• Streamlining and managing processes related to policy issuance, renewals, claims processing, and customer service.


• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.


• Implementing best practices for operational efficiency.

II. Team Leadership:

• Leading and managing a team of professionals, including administrative staff, customer service representatives, and possibly sales agents.


• Providing training and development opportunities to staff.


• Setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.

III. Customer Service Oversight:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.


• Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.


• Working to maintain strong relationships with both clients and insurance providers.

IV. Strategic Planning:

• Contributing to the development of the company's strategic plan.


• Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the operations.
