Job summary

LBC Express, Inc. in Cebu seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow key accounts in the Philippines market.

You will develop proposals and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and drive revenue, leveraging strong communication and presentation skills. On-site role in Cebu with at least 2 years in corporate sales required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/ Admin/ Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales.
• Excellent selling and communication skills; able to present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales objectives.
• Provide product and service education and sales support to prospective key accounts.
• Conduct presentations and prepare proposals to client requirements; secure rate confirmation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and solutions.
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as point of contact for key accounts; lead internal/external communications.
• Coordinate sales leads and provide support to other SBU sales teams.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all accounts: rate reviews, claims, monitoring, and renewals.
• Responsible for individual budget setting.
• Review and analyze gross profit of all accounts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics codes.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Job description

• Responsible for the individual budget setting.
• Reviews and analyzes gross profit of all accounts.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Performs related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Business Studies/ Administraion/ Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing Sales- Corporate or equivalent.
• With excellent selling and communication skills
• Must have organization, planning, problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to present information to clients and address business concern of the said client.
• Ability to work across functions and in a matrix organization across the cultural environment.
