We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from onboarding to ongoing account management.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and upsell relevant products/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications
