Job Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Business Development

• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s insurance portfolio
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries needing insurance solutions
• Present AC Primes insurance offerings to potential clients and partners

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Regularly assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and policy‑related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular follow‑ups and reviews with clients to offer policy renewals and upselling opportunities

Policy Management and Coordination

• Liaise with underwriters, insurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the issuance of insurance policies
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy applications, endorsements, and renewals
• Provide clients with clear and complete information on policy terms, conditions, and exclusions
• Monitor policy expirations and proactively manage renewals to avoid lapses in coverage

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of client transactions, proposals, and agreements
• Assist in claims processing by coordinating with insurers and providing necessary documentation to clients

Reporting and Performance Monitoring

• Prepare sales reports, client updates, and market analysis reports for management review
• Track and achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the company

Competency Requirements

Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or financial services
