We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives, drive sales, and establish strategic partnerships in the insurance industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager located in Makati. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and and achieving sales targets across life, non-life, and health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and close insurance sales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate and individual clients
• Collaborate with insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to offer tailored solutions
