Job summary

Hellmann East Europe Group in Peru is seeking a SF Tender Management Specialist to drive major tender opportunities from end to end, ensuring alignment with our goals. This role oversees RFQs and tenders that include sea freight, coordinating with Sales and Product to follow the global tender process and deliver tailor-made solutions to key customers.

You will bring deep experience in SF pricing and tenders, lead teams across departments, and leverage your shipping or forwarder background in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SF pricing and tenders.
• Deep knowledge in opportunity, tender and bid management.
• Experience in a shipping company or forwarder in pricing, operations, customer service, or inside sales; seafreight experience preferred.

The SF Tender Management Specialist manages major tender opportunities from end to end, ensuring optimal alignment with the Company and Product Organization’s goals. This role serves as a gatekeeper for all Requests for Quotation (RFQs)/Tenders that include sea freight volumes in its work scope and concurrently liaises with Sales and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the global/regional Tender process is followed. This role owns the global/regional tender process and measurably contributes to the successful conversion of Tender opportunities into new business for the company while utilizing product-specific expertise to propose tailor-made solutions to Hellmann’s most important customers in an effort to retain and grow the company’s share of wallet.

About the Job

• Work Experience: Managing teams of departments of people; Deep knowledge in opportunity / tender / bid management; Experience in a shipping company or Forwarder in the areas of Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, or Inside Sales (Seafreight product experience strongly preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SF Pricing and tenders
