Hellmann Worldwide Logistics S.A.C. is seeking a SF Tender Management Specialist to manage major tender opportunities end-to-end and to serve as the gatekeeper for RFQs and tenders involving sea freight volumes.

You will collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to align with global and regional tender processes and deliver winning solutions for key customers. Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of tender management, pricing, and bid processes, with strong experience in shipping/forwarding

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SF Pricing and tenders.
• Deep knowledge in opportunity / tender / bid management.
• Experience in a shipping company or Forwarder in Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, or Inside Sales (Seafreight product experience strongly preferred).
• Strong ability to coordinate with Sales and other stakeholders globally to drive tender wins.

The SF Tender Management Specialist manages major tender opportunities from end to end, ensuring optimal alignment with the Company and Product Organization's goals. This role serves as a gatekeeper for all Requests for Quotation (RFQs)/Tenders that include sea freight volumes in their work scope and concurrently liaises with Sales and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the global/regional Tender process is followed. This role owns the global/regional tender process and measurably contributes to the successful conversion of Tender opportunities into new business for the company while utilizing product-specific expertise to propose tailor‑made solutions to Hellmann's most important customers in an effort to retain and grow the company's share of wallet.
