A leading engineering firm is seeking a Hydraulic Tendering and Proposals Engineer in Lima, Peru. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing international tenders and proposals, particularly in water infrastructure projects. Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering with specialization in hydraulics.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with 3 years in international tenders.
• Experience in data analysis and proposal preparation.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes and hydraulic infrastructure projects.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English; French is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Availability for occasional travel.

• Support the sales team in defining the tender strategy.
• Request and analyze supplier quotations, preparing technical and financial comparisons.
• Prepare technical proposals and supporting documentation.
• Consolidate project cost estimates and support the evaluation of risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and suppliers to ensure the proper preparation of the proposal.

Requirements
