Trimble Inc., through Transporeon, is seeking an Account Manager for Logistics SaaS to accelerate European supply chain transformation. Location: Germany or Austria remote; travel about 20%.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of successful experience selling logistics software, supply chain technology, or complex B2B SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic account retention and proactive expansion across diverse industry accounts.
- Native/Near native German and proficient English language skills (at least C1) are essential for navigating local and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and account expansion by identifying and executing high-value cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities across a premier portfolio of European enterprise clients.
- Cultivate consultative partnerships with key decision-makers across logistics, procurement, IT, and senior management to align Transporeon solutions with customer business goals.
- Lead strategic account planning and pipeline management within CRM to proactively forecast, track, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Champion customer needs by collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored, cloud-based SaaS solutions that solve complex supply chain challenges.

Transport & Logistics Business Unit: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight - bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.
In this role, you will be the trusted strategic advisor to European market leaders, driving digital transformation across complex logistics operations. You will directly influence how global enterprises collaborate and optimize freight movements by deploying cutting-edge SaaS platform, combining strategic account growth with high-visibility stakeholder collaboration across IT, procurement, and executive leadership.
