What will you do?

We're looking for a dynamic Client Development Manager to nurture existing client relationships while driving new business growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on balancing strategic account management with proactive sales generation.

This position is based in Auckland, and you can split your time between working in the office and working from home. Some national travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development – Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through upselling to existing customers and creating new relationships with businesses that align to Voyager’s ideal client profile.
  • Dealer Development – Grow revenue via the Dealer Partner channel by facilitating reviews, providing education on Voyager’s products, delivering proactive support, ensuring compliance with partner requirements, and acquiring new dealers.

About You

This role would suit someone with 5 or more years of previous experience in a sales role with proven target achievement. Telecommunications, VOIP, Cloud and Professional Services solution experience is essential, and Cybersecurity experience is advantageous. You will have experience writing proposals and responding to RFI’s.

You thrive on connecting with customers, partnering with them to grow their businesses and keeping up to date on new products and services. You will be adaptable and open to change.
