Head of department - science

This is a full-time permanent appointment commencing in term 1, January 2026.

Here at St Joseph’s Māori Girls’ College, we strive to provide every student the opportunity to excel. Teachers at the College are expected to contribute to the dual special character aspects, educating young Māori girls and the integrated Catholic approach.

We seek an experienced and motivated leader to come and join our science department. The successful applicant will have great communication skills, previous leadership experience and the ability to teach in their specialist area to NCEA Level 3.

We are seeking to continue to develop our science department to provide quality teaching and exciting learning opportunities.
