Senior Data Scientist

This isn’t a back-room modelling job. You’ll be hands-on with advanced analytics, building models that matter, and helping drive decisions that impact hundreds of thousands of customers. We’re looking for someone who loves the craft of data science, from statistical modelling to machine learning, but who also gets the importance of collaboration, governance, and making models usable in the real world. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, the space to innovate, and the support to grow into a leadership pathway.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and deploy advanced analytics and predictive models across multiple use cases (forecasting, segmentation, NLP etc.).
• Work with legacy systems & support migration into cloud-based architecture.
• Maintain model integrity and accuracy, monitor performance, identify drift, and implement retraining strategies.
• Improve governance, documentation, change control, and ensure production readiness of models.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, platform teams, product/AI leadership.
• Mentor junior/mid-level data scientists, share best practices, coach technical problem solving.

What you'll bring:

• 5-8 years’ experience in Data Science or similar role, with proven technical depth (statistical modelling, machine learning frameworks, cloud tools).
• Strong with tools like Python, Databricks, Azure (or equivalent), with experience in pipelines, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience in NLP and/or advanced analytics (not just coding; ability to interpret business needs align solutions).
• Solid collaboration and communication skills: ability to explain technical concepts and balance business outcomes.
• Someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working in ambiguity, with a bias toward action and improvement.
