You will provide specialist billing support, manage connections, and liaise with operations to ensure accurate, timely water billing and smooth customer experiences.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across operations and infrastructure teams.

Formación

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in billing data.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable and billing would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage water billing data and ensure accurate information is stored.
• Liaise with customers, operations and external service providers regarding water billing.
• Manage new connection applications.
• Respond to customer queries regarding connections.
• Ensure fault service requests from the WDC call centre are completed.
