Job summary

Watercare Services Limited is seeking a Customer Care Representative for our Waikato Office. You will deliver expert customer service for water and wastewater inquiries, provide specialist advice, and support meter and water charging accuracy to meet high standards.

Key duties include managing billing data, liaising with customers and providers, handling new connections, and responding to connection-related queries. Experience in accounts receivable/payable is a plus and teamwork is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse customer needs.
• Ability to develop and manage data collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage water billing data and ensure accuracy of information.
• Liaise with customers, operations and external service providers regarding billing.
• Manage new connection applications and respond to customer queries about connections.
• Ensure fault service requests from the call centre are completed.
• Collaborate with Operations and Infrastructure to improve customer experience.
