Watercare Services Ltd is seeking a Customer Champion for Billing and Payments to join Auckland's leading water utility. You will deliver specialist billing support and exceptional service in a fast-paced contact centre, with potential to rotate into Payments, Collections, New Connections and Faults as needed.

You will thrive in a high-volume environment, possess strong communication skills, and work a rotating roster between early to late shifts Monday–Sunday.

Qualificações

• Experience in a high-volume contact centre environment.
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and billing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist support on all aspects of water billing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across multi-channel contacts.
• Assist in other Retail group areas (Payments/Collection, New Connections and Faults) as required.
