Job summary

PwC New Zealand is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to provide Level 1–2 end-user support across PwC devices and applications in Auckland. This 12‑month leave‑cover role blends Service Desk duties, onsite Tech Lounge coverage and procurement coordination to keep colleagues productive.

You’ll collaborate with NZiT, Workplace Technology and PwC Global IT to resolve issues, maintain asset records and contribute to knowledge articles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Desk or desktop support environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Practical knowledge of Windows and common workplace apps.
• Experience with asset records, provisioning and procurement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support for devices and applications.
• Manage incidents and requests through to resolution; assist with access provisioning and onboarding/offboarding.
• Deliver face-to-face Tech Lounge support for laptops, mobiles, peripherals and AV needs.
• Prepare, deploy and coordinate device repairs; maintain accurate asset records.
• Support technology purchasing by obtaining quotations and coordinating orders and deliveries.
