Job summary

Madison Recruitment is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in Auckland. This permanent, full-time role involves overseeing service delivery, managing technician schedules and client bookings, and ensuring clear communication across clients, technicians, and internal teams.

The position is based in Ponsonby, Monday to Friday with parking onsite. You’ll support invoicing, CRM updates, and stock planning in a dynamic tech services environment.
